Blues had a baby, they named the baby rock’n roll
25 November 2006During the last days my introduction to Blues and Rock’n Roll has continued. After going to the concert of Lonie Brooks on August, we did our way to Bloomington to see B.B.King. It was an entertaining concert; a big band that accompanied B.B.King’s explaining a lot of anecdotes and singing some songs. Here, here and here ther are the few pictures we could take.
Just few days after, we changed Blues for Rock and went to St. Louis to see a life concert of Chuck Berry in a small local that he owns. The concert was incredible! Although being in his eighties, Chuck Berry was moving around, singing, dancing… he was enjoying himself, and he transmitted this feeling to people therein. It was great! Here and here there are some pictures of the concert and the assistants. Here there’s a picture of the final song, in which Chuck Berry could convince several girls to go up on the scenario.

“B.B.King’s explaining a lot of anecdotes ” - its nice that they added this content in the performance.
