Innovation and GAs
Chris Donnan comments (here) on an article by Martin Pelikan and me in which we discuss the relation between GAs and innovation. My first writing about this connection goes back to my PhD dissertation in 1983 (here ), and the full-length version of this argument is contained in my 2002 book The Design of Innovation .
